Using Toko Beasts

Toko Beasts is a self-care and habit game. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the app or use it to violate another person's rights.

Toko Beasts is coaching and entertainment, not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Do not rely on it in place of qualified professional help.

Toko Beasts Plus

Toko Beasts Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The available plan, localized price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by your device's store before purchase. The store's current information controls if it differs from other copy.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your store settings before the end of the current billing period. Your store account is charged for renewal according to the store's rules. If a free trial is shown and you are eligible, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

You can restore a previous eligible purchase from the paywall. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Play Store settings. Deleting Toko Beasts or deleting local app data does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under the rules of the store where you purchased Toko Beasts Plus.

The core care and growth loop remains available without Plus. Features and content may change as Toko Beasts develops, but already-earned creatures, items, and progress are not removed because a subscription ends.

Your data

Your use of Toko Beasts is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Guest activity stays on your device. If you choose account protection, supported progress is also stored in a cloud save through Supabase. Subscription verification is handled through Apple or Google and RevenueCat as described there.

Ownership

Toko Beasts, its original art, writing, software, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the app, not ownership of its content.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Toko Beasts available and accurate, but the app is provided as available and without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
