If something in the app broke

Send the email and say what screen you were on and what you had just tapped. Toko Beasts has no crash reporting, which means nothing tells us when something goes wrong on your phone. Your message helps us investigate.

If a screen ever fails, the app shows a card saying so with a "Try again" button. That reloads Toko Beasts from scratch. Your saved progress stays on this device. If the problem keeps happening, tell us what you saw.

Getting your data out

Open You and choose Export your data. Your game data appears in a read-only text box on that screen. Purchase access is not included. Select it, copy it, and keep it wherever you like.

Data exports are for your records and cannot be imported into the game. To recover progress, choose Restore progress and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used to protect it. To recover Plus, choose Restore purchases; the App Store or Google Play checks your purchase.

Deleting your data

The You tab has Delete what is on this device. It asks first and tells you exactly what goes. See the deletion page for the full detail.

Do I need an account?

No. You can play as a guest with everything saved on this device. If you choose Protect your progress, you can connect Apple or Google for an optional cloud backup. Toko Beasts does not create a separate password.

How do I restore or recover my account?

Choose Already played? Restore progress on the opening screen, then use the same Apple or Google account you connected before. If you connected both providers, either one opens the same Toko Beasts save.

Apple and Google control access to those accounts. If you cannot sign in to the provider itself, recover your Apple Account or Google Account first. Toko Beasts cannot reset an Apple or Google password. Your existing device save remains available while you do that.

Does it work offline?

The core care and growth experience works offline. Viewing current Toko Beasts Plus plans, buying, restoring, and refreshing subscription access require a connection. See the privacy policy.

How do I manage Toko Beasts Plus?

Choose Restore purchases in You, or restore an eligible purchase from the paywall. Manage or cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Play Store settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Will my data move to a new phone?

If you turned on cloud save, choose Already played? Restore progress and sign in with a connected Apple or Google account. Toko Beasts shows you any device and cloud conflict before replacing either save.
