Delete your data
Choose what you want to remove.
You can use Toko Beasts without an account. If you chose to protect your progress with Apple or Google sign-in, you can delete the account and cloud save inside the app.
Deleting your cloud account
Open You, choose Cloud save, then choose Delete account. The app asks again before deleting your account, current cloud save, and cloud save history.
Your progress already stored on that device stays there. To remove it too, follow the local-data step below.
Deleting local data inside the app
Open You and choose Delete what is on this device.
It asks first, and it names what goes: your tasks, what you have finished, your creatures and their levels. Confirm and everything Toko Beasts has stored is cleared. If cloud save is on, the device is signed out and the cloud backup stays in place. The app returns to how it was the first time you opened it.
Deleting the app
Removing Toko Beasts from your phone removes its local app data. Subscription records used for billing and access are handled by Apple or Google and RevenueCat.
What those controls do not reach
Two things are controlled outside Toko Beasts:
- An export you already took. If you copied your data out from the You tab, that copy is wherever you put it. Delete it there.
- A phone backup you already made. If iCloud Backup or Google One backup was switched on, your phone included Toko Beasts's data in its own backups. Those are managed by Apple or Google, in your phone's settings.
Requesting deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us with the provider you used and the account email shown in Toko Beasts, if you have it. We may ask for additional proof before deleting cloud data. We will never ask for your Apple or Google password.
Deleting an account, local data, or the app does not cancel Toko Beasts Plus. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Play Store settings.
